Substrate wetting agents | Due to the high surface tension of water, it is difficult to quickly wet the substrate, especially some substrates with low surface tension, so application of substrate wetting agent becomes very important in the water-based coating system. Wyncoat ® wetting agents can rapidly reduce the surface tension of the system, increase the wettability and permeability of the substrate, prevent surface defects such as shrinkage, improve leveling, and have wide applicability. In general, the more obvious reduction of the surface tension, the side effect of more foams will occur. In recent years, we have also developed SL-5100 series products for this market difficulty, which have excellent wettability and low foam. In addition, special wetting agents can be customized and developed according to the requirements of customers. |
Leveling agents | Wyncoat ® leveling agents can rapidly migrate to the surface of paint film during the drying process, reduce the surface tension of the coating; and improve leveling, eliminate the influence of Bernard vortex, reduce shrinkage, prevent the coating from floating and blossoming, so as to obtain a flat coating surface. In addition, after the film is dried, modified polysiloxane structure can make the film surface lower friction, thus improving the surface smoothness, scratch resistance and adhesion resistance. |
Defoamers | Wyncoat ® Defoamers are silicone defoamers, which can be divided into concentrated, emulsion and solvent based defoamers. They are suitable for solvent based, water based and solvent-free radiation curing systems respectively. |
Slip agents | Wyncoat ® Anti-scratch, wear-resistant and slip agents are divided into high molecular weight silicone dispersion and high molecular modified silicone oil, which can reduce friction coefficient and improve anti-wear performance, and can be used to improve anti-adhesion and surface smoothness. |
Wetting dispersants | Wyncoat® wetting dispersants can uniformly disperse the solid and liquid particles of inorganic and organic pigments that are difficult to be dissolved in the liquid, and can also prevent the sedimentation and condensation of particles. Shorten the grinding time, reduce the production energy consumption, improve the gloss and freshness of the coating, and improve the leveling. |
